 Bob Schacht - President and Head of Racing Operations

With more than 40 years of experience in the motorsports industry, Bob Schacht is a respected veteran with the capabilities of a team leader and innovator. Bob’s reputation as a crew chief is well established and he is well known for his race savvy and knowledge. Under his direction, Bob Schacht Motorsports (BSM)  has experienced success in all of the highest levels of motorsports competition including the ARCA RE/MAX Series, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. As a team owner, Bob has developed a world class organization and BSM prides itself in producing the competitive equipment necessary to ensure a successful motorsports program for all of its partners. Always an innovator, Bob Schacht has built 40 race cars for the Prince of Dubai to run in the”Speed Car Series” in the Middle East; he's designed a suit cooler widely used among various series as well as having played a major role in the design and construction of the race cars used the in the blockbuster movie “Days of Thunder”, starring Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman. All of our race cars are prepared and housed in a 20,000 square ft. facility, which is where the transporter and race support equipment is also securely stored.

 Terrance A. Cox III – CEO of Diversity Motorsports LLC

Terrance Cox is one those American entrepreneurs and industrialists that just make things happen. In addition to his part ownership of Diversity Motorsports, he is CEO of Eko Custom Sandals, USA, a premier international fundraising company that customizes in the distribution of sandals in support of specific causes. In that position, he oversees all forms of creative marketing as well as manufacturing and global distribution. He is also the CEO and founder of Activersity—a progressive niche marketing company for Fortune 500 companies. He was a board member of Carolina International Records and has recently become a board member of Divine Destiny Ministries, a Christian-based website that provides inexpensive and inspirational products to faith-based individuals.

In late 1992, Terrance was involved with the preparations for President Clinton's inaugural ceremony and festivities. Terrance was also responsible for the largest Feed the Hungry event in Central Florida. He is the creator of The One Race One World Racing for Diversity, a program that introduces thousands of minority kids to the motorsports industry. He has worked closely with a number of national minority auto dealer associations,  including the  NAMAD, FMMDA, GMMDA, CMDA to implement a diversity program that provided finance and insurance (f&i) products to minority-owned dealerships through a national OEM.

Terrance made history by negotiating the first motorsports contract with the largest faith-based organization- The Church of God in Christ. The first time that a major faith-based brand and logo was placed on a car and on Speed Channel. He has successfully negotiated the contract for Adco Marketing of California and he was the first to introduce the Diversity Motorsports program to the Oprah Winfrey Boys and Girls Clubs in Mississippi, which gave children a chance to learn about motorsports. Terrance attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee where he studied business and music. He is a devoted father, motivational speaker, and avid piano player.  Adrian P. Sinden – CFO of Diversity Motorsports Racing, LLC

Adrian Sinden is the Chief Financial Officer of DMS and also currently President of Principio Capital. Principio Capital, is a "first round" and "seed take-out" Investment Company aimed at assisting entrepreneurs and investors in making the right choices on business allegiances and financing packages.  With 30 years international investment banking experience coupled with prior professional driving and motorsports management experience through his UK company: Invicta Motorsports, Adrian ensures that the necessary precautions are taken by our clients at the outset of their respective motorsports experience, and through continual advice and milestone monitoring keeps all of our financial partners on track and on schedule. Besides his family, Adrian’s interests include flying and as he puts it; “pretty much any vehicle with an engine”!
